Liked: Very clean room and awesome customer service
Disliked: Couldn't control the A/C, didn't have a continental breakfast, and limited parking.

Good location. Nice rooms.

Liked: Room was comfortable and well equipped. Front desk personnel were kind and attentive. Easy check in. Quiet place. Prime Location.
Disliked: The hotel seemed to be underemployed. Common areas needed cleaned. I attempted to use the coffee maker in the room but the coffee single pack did not fit in the machine.

Liked: We had an excellent experience at the Sonesta Select in Tempe. The staff in particular were very good.
Disliked: I prefer check in before 4:00.

Clean hotel with large balconies...

Disliked: Breakfast service - excess packaging, very few options, food was not fresh. Not very appetizing but unfortunately we had family with access issues that had to rely on this available option.
