Liked: Very clean room and awesome customer service
Disliked: Couldn't control the A/C, didn't have a continental breakfast, and limited parking.

It was good. We do...

Liked: The location was great. Ended up getting moved to first floor room due to foul smell on the third floor.
Disliked: We went through booking.com. It would’ve been nice to know that there was going to be a deposit when we got there. The clients that we had set up to stay. There was not aware of the deposit. Neither were we.

Disliked: Keys kept not working. Constantly had to visit the front desk to get new keys.

Ok for what we needed

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice shower
Disliked: 2 hour early check in cost $35. No free breakfast and I thought it had free parking but it was $15 a night. Our $160 room was more like $220!

Disliked: Super cheap toilet paperReally low shower pressure, it barely trickles outVery long walk to the room. VERY. Breakfast was basic bare minimum. Totally forgettable

Liked: Staff was great and accommodating! Check in was easy. The lady that helped me DIDN’T make me feel like I was bothering her!! Morning crew was great even filled my cooler with ice before I departed!!!
Disliked: Fridge didn’t work!
