Liked: On the website it said the pool was open, which is kind of why I booked it, but it was closed due to maintenance. Just wish it was open like the website said! But other than that my wife and I loved it there and will definitely be back!

Liked: Never heard any noise, the staff was kind.
Disliked: Not clean. In fact it was gross. I have stayed here many times over the years long before it was Sonesta and this place has went downhill. Terribly downhill. I had to asked to be moved from my first room to another because of how dirty the bathroom and room were, and the second room wasn't much better. In fact I gave up and went and got the cleaners I luckily somehow had in my vehicle and cleaned parts of this room myself to feel comfortable as I knew I would not get my money back if I left. Will never stay here again. The only reason this is getting any rating at all is due to the staff being so nice. They also charge for parking now which I never had to deal with before.
