I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast. When I made the reservations I thought I saw that there was one. I also could not find an extra blanket in our room, plus one of our members had no heat in their room. I asked if they could refund part of our expense and the staff said they could not. I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: I loved the hotel itself, the room, the amenities and the staff were all amazing. I was double charged a few times is my only concern and haven't seen the refund yet.
Disliked: That I was double charged and still haven't gotten a refund.

Liked: Matt was super nice and helpful from the begining and he was a really hardworking putting away towels and making sure customers were satisfied. Also i really loved the back patio area with the fireplace it was nice being able to stay out there late night. Also the room was very clean and the pool and jaccuzi was very nice me my wife and baby really enjoyed our visit and would definitally recomened it. And we will be coming back in the future!
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that the coffe place closed so early and the prices for the snacks by the front desk were extremely overpriced.
