We were there for medical...

Liked: we were there for tests at Mayo Clinic the room was very nice and the staff was excellent

Must request room cleaning or...

Disliked: Hard pillows, coffee grounds in maker, ice machine broke, no shampoo, soap in bath. No breakfast nearby.

Liked: Clean, quiet, good food (limited menu), nice jacuzzi with reasonable use hours.

Great location, close to Mayo...

Liked: We had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic on Shea Blvd. It was a five minute walk or a free shuttle ride.
Disliked: The beds weren’t that comfortable
