Liked: Staff was friendly. Booked 2 rooms. Both were nice, but both were ice cold when we entered. The heaters didn't work & we had to have someone come in & fix each unit.
Disliked: No coffee cups in the room although the maid had refilled the coffee. I didn't notice until I got up early the next morning. ☹️ I also didn't appreciate not having my full $100 deposit returned. When I called asking about I was told that they were showing the entire amount being credited. They said it might take a couple of days for the full amount to show up. After several days $8.60 was still missing from the $100 deposit. I called again & was told it was a 'surcharge'. It's not the amount of money but the principle of it. Staff should have let me know about these charges when I checked in!
