Liked: Didn’t have breakfast there like the location
Disliked: Bathroom sink too small not enough drawers we spent a week there could not unpack all our clothes no room in the two little drawers provided

Disliked: The room was never cleaned and had to ask for clean towels

Nice Stay!

Liked: Extremely friendly & helpful staff at the hotel & in a great location. Safe area with lots of restaurants & stores around & extremely convenient to I-10. Easy driving distance to the airport. Coffee in the room. Large room. We were there for spring training baseball games so there wasn't much time spent at the hotel.
Disliked: Some things were a bit dated & in disrepair in the room.

Overall not a bad place...

Liked: Housekeeper Yolanda was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The older gentleman working the day shift was wearing slippers at the front desk. Kind of gave off “grumpy old man attitude “. Very unprofessional look for front desk staff.

Bad

Liked: Worst stay in a property in a long while. Facility was dirty. I pulled the sheets back first night, and there were brown streaks and dirt on the sheets, and worst of all, hair, most likely from a previous guest. Our neighbor in the adjoining room was in and out of the room all night and was bumping music the entire time we were there. He didn't seem like the type of person that would react kindly to a noise co.plaint, nor did staff appear to give a shit about customer service, so we endured. Overall, it's a bad place. Never again.
