I wished the showers were...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great as it was easy to get to the freeway and shopping stores. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The showers did not look clean at all. I went out to the store to buy some cleaning products just to clean the shower before using. The air conditioning in our room would not get cool. The room was so stuffy and muggy. There was so circulation of air in our room. There was a $5 for parking, which was uncalled for, when there were people living out of their car parked in the back of the hotel.

Liked: Price & Location. Staff was friendly enough.
Disliked: Building needs work on some details: exterior door that needed repair, carpet in my room that seemed old and it didn't meet tile properly (there was a gap and I think I stepped on a tack or at least something sharp).

Terrible experience there!!

Disliked: The staff,dirty room, charging me after I already paid for the room online cause my bank to think it’s fraud! The lady did not check me in correctly! It states on their website that there’s a pullout couch in the rooms, yet when I got there the lady told me “I’ve been working here for a year and just now finding out that we don’t have pull out couches”. I was moved to 3 different rooms before I finally chose the 4th room. The bathrooms were gross. The 3rd room that she tried to put us in had a tool cart in there as if they were doing maintenance work. The lady was so clueless as to what is happening in the hotel. Was not the best stay at all and will not ever be back!!!
