Pool and spa was great; clean rooms and great staff.

Liked: The location was great. Close to restaurants and a Whole Foods. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet.
Disliked: No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Too expensive and don't offer...

Liked: Really the only thing I liked is that they had a laundry facility
Disliked: Well to start I had to call booking.com when i got there cuz the clerk at the front desk was trying to charge me again and said he didnt see proof of payment on his end so booking.com had to call them to sort that out. Not sure whos fault that was exactly but i use booking.com to get all my hotels and never had that happen so that was the first annoying thing. Then i found out you have to pay for breakfast. The hotel and room smelled weird. The fridge and the tv was way to small the shampoo and soap was terrible and also smelled weird. The lighting was way to dim. There was only 3 pillows per bed I've never seen that before. For all that I payed $650 for 4 days. I felt like I over payed. I had just stayed at Holiday Inn just before coming here and literally didn't have one complaint and who doesn't offer a free continental breakfast anymore?! Apparently Sonesta Select Camelback Phoenix doesn't! For being in the Biltmore area I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone
