Disliked: 1. We waited 45 min at apt for van. Saw several hotel vans go by NUMEROUS times. Finally the BUDGET van who dropped us off saw us on his 3rd time around and drove us to hotel. Hotel kept assuring me that the van was on its way. 2. There were skidmarks in the toilet!!! I didn’t complain because I thought perhaps the bowl was stained, but after a few flushes it went away. Seriously gross! 3. The bedsheets had a “stale” smell about them

Disliked: It took 45minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. They drove right by us even though we were standing at the designated spot. I ended up having to call four times for the pick up. Also, by 8 am, breakfast didn’t seem to be available. We went elsewhere for breakfast. Regarding room cleanliness, the wake up radio did not appear to have been dusted for a while…
