Liked: There was a hot tub
Disliked: The pressure of the hot tub wasn’t very much, the pictures in booking of the “restaurant” were deceiving. The fire pit couldn’t get working.

Liked: Close to everything, clean room
Disliked: Filthy hallways, breakfast wasn’t what I thought it would be. Barking dogs, I had to talk to the front desk

Liked: I saw online that Sonesta had a pool. But was not sure there was a hot tub. When I got there, not wanting to go in the pool, I did not have anything to put on to go in the hot tub. So that was pure regret, but temporary regret. There are alot more things in life to be regretful about, but dang I'm still wishing I had a bathing suit.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better. I loved the lobby. It has to stay the same. It is bee-U-tee-FULL of Life. And I LOVE that the breakfast was served in a wide open space like the lobby with so so much seating space and all sorts of comfortable areas to choose from!

Liked: Terrible experience.
Disliked: Staff was rude . “Upgraded” room from 2 beds to 1 even though I needed 2 . Very rude when trying to fix problem.

Liked: It was modern
Disliked: Weren’t in the correct room with a balcony like I paid for. My kids couldn’t sleep on night one because of the loud guests yelling and screaming and police being called. There was a pervert videotaping and saying inappropriate things to the young woman and men in the hot tub and police were not notified they allowed this guest to remain on the premises . We were yelled at by a staff member that my daughter was not allowed to walk to the pool in a hoodie with her bathing suit bottom (there are no rules stating this) and that was it for me.

Liked: Check in was good.Property looked nice.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The lock of my room didn‘t work.Woke up because the couple in the next room came back to their room in the middle of the night and they talked about their evening for quite a while. It woke me up and I could hear every word, although they were talking in a normal way. I had a tough time getting back to sleep because of it.Reported both things when checking out next day.The 2 women at the front desk seemed annoyed and did not apologize for any inconvenience.One said that the locks were exchanged recently and should work- which the one of my room clearly did not.All in all- it was an okay stay, but I don‘t think I will be back.
