Liked: Staff was friendly They had a mix up we prepaid an payment could not be found. Issue resolved .
Disliked: We were in town for a birthday, we picked up the birthday cake from the bakery on the way here to the hotel, the ride was 2 1/2 hours. The cake was too large to put in the fridge so we turned the air conditioner on And put it on the air conditioner. It stayed cold however when we got back right after dinner, it was covered in ants. We were on the fourth floor. We never did complain because they said they were going to take care of the room or what not but nothing else has been stated , so we continue to stayed in the room we should’ve changed rooms. We were next to family.
