Staff were very friendly. Had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. Definitely looking into purchasing their pillows!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient location to the < a href="/venue-hotels/verizon-wireless-amphitheater-irvine-meadows-hotels/310159">Verizon Wireless amphitheatre. The taxi service to and from the venue was not a problem. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Sandwich and a coffee or juice. Handicapped room was very nice. Really nice room and beds. Very happy.

Liked: I loved how comfortable the beds were.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was that we had to pay for parking and there was no complementary breakfast included in the fee. I also didn’t like that the furniture was not clean and the carpet were dirty.

Liked: We had a place to stay last minute. It was decent. Room was good.
Disliked: check in Staff was slow, curt, and seems to be insufficient as it took 20 minutes for me to check in and only one epson in front of me. We needed to cheeks in and get rest and had pressing issues to deal with, she made it laborious and irritating dn to just taking are of us. Seemed to care more for herself than the clients. Had opt pay extra for parking, if you re staying the parking lot is empty there is no supply and demand yet priced as if there is.
