Disliked: I had called to notify we would be checking in at 10 pm and was told “that should be okay”. I later called asking if they had any antacids in their market as someone in our party wasn’t feeling great and the receptionist that answered the phone told me “I’d have to check when we got there” I asked if she could look so we could stop if needed and she reiterated that I’d have to look when I got there. We were given no direction on any facilities when we did check in. All in all, was one of the worst hotels I’ve been too.

Liked: The property was clean and well taken care of. Rooms were nice and updated.
Disliked: Everything seemed to be closed or broken. Whirlpool was closed, fire pit was closed, the coffee area in the main lobby was closed. I don’t believe things should be listed on your website as amenities if they’re never open. According to reviews, the whirlpool has not been open. Most companies stay at hotels for cleanliness but also the amenities.
