Liked: Housekeeping does a great job. Clean rooms but smoke smell in our room at night was enough for us to never stay here again.
Disliked: The entire hotel is smoke-free but I could smell cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. 2nd morning it happened I went to the front lobby. William/Bill said "oh people are checking out today" AND HE DID NOTHING. I asked for our trash to be thrown & clean towels and guess what NO Services and the smoke continued the 3rd night. Will not be staying at a hotel while breathing second hand smoke. Disgusting!

What I expected, nothing crazy,...

Liked: The hotel was in a nice location where you can get to the beach, mall, and disneyland within reasonable time. Additionally service was quick.
Disliked: Lobby was a little cold, I feel like it is very common that hotel lobbies are so exposed that it feels like I'm still outside. Other than that, I think that's just a more of a me issue.
