Not very clean, didn’t smell...

Disliked: Our dog found a chicken wing next to the curtains and I had to remove it from his mouth before he ate it and got sick. I told the person at the front desk and he didn’t care. He told me to email the manager. Not sure anyone will ever reply. Also, the smell of the place was just not right.

Disliked: Lights didn’t work after second night in the bathroom. Didn’t get housekeeping services while I was there. No breakfast and my toilet clogged up the first night.

Disliked: The remote control did not work, had to get up and down every time to change the channel, no maintenance was available, when I opened the microwave water was all in the microwave, it appeared to be two workers only trying to handle a hotel that was sold out due to a football game.

Liked: The location was great for my reason of being in North Carolina. There wasn't really much else that I liked about the property, I was not pleased at all with the experience.
Disliked: I stayed in room 231, the sheets had stains on them, the bedspreads are thin, the refrigerator was sitting on the floor, the patio door did not lock, the wall had red stains on the wall near the television, when your 12 year old child was noticing stains on the sheets, spread and did not want to sleep on the bed that speaks VOLUME!! My family and I have been staying at this property every time we come to the area, I truly believe this was our last time Sonesta really let me down.
