Probably not again.

Liked: The property itself is nice..
Disliked: I didn’t like that I booked a room and when I arrived they didn’t give me my balcony room and on top of it the TV and AC didn’t work.

Good as expected

Liked: lot was snow plowed quickly during storm, and stay was good
Disliked: Didn't think about it too much as was in town visiting my Dad in Hospice and he passed during my stay, so I moved to another hotel closer to Funeral home for my Wife and I to stay closer to Funeral Home to help with family obligations and Funeral process. So no problems with hotel staff was nice just was a solemn stay

Disappointed in the service from...

Liked: I liked how close it was to the convention center that we had to get to.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I booked 2 rooms one with a long bed and 1 with 2 beds and did not get that. I also booked to have breakfast in the am and was told when I arrived it’s not available. And the workers had no answers for me.
