Liked: I liked how close it was to the convention center that we had to get to.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I booked 2 rooms one with a long bed and 1 with 2 beds and did not get that. I also booked to have breakfast in the am and was told when I arrived it’s not available. And the workers had no answers for me.

Liked: The beds we’re comfortable
Disliked: Our curtains had holes in them. I had two separate surcharges totaling over $500 that have been pending in my account. I won’t get reimbursed until 3-5 days later, but my $11 breakfast was refunded immediately.

Very good

Liked: It was great for the price, location was perfect for what we needed, rooms were clean.
Disliked: The pool was freezing, even the room the pool is in wasn’t heated. Description for room I booked said we’d have a mini fridge and we did not.
