The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely use this company again.

Liked: Convenient, close to freeway. Great place to spend Christmas Eve with our grandchildren and children.
Disliked: We had a small issues with the plumbing and fridge. The young man at the desk was helpful to try remedy the issues the best he could. Offered to change our room. Unfortunately they didn't have the maintenance people to fix issues but we made it work

Liked: No breakfast unless you will pay $10 for an egg sandwich. Nothing free except coffee and yesterday it was just cold coffee. The attendant at the bar was asleep on one of the booths so I didn’t wake him. Non existent made service. Non whatsoever!
Disliked: No maid service during a 3 day stay. No “hot” breakfast, heck no breakfast at all. Snow covered entry to the hallway to my room. Only 47 channels on the TV. There was basically no service available at this hotel.
