Was there only one night while attending a concert at Eiseman Center. Bed was excellent, Shower was good. Room altogether adequate for my limited use. No free wifi, which I think all hotels should have.

Great Hotel in a Good...

Liked: Overall the property is well kept and was a bargain in terms of quality/cost. Everything in our room worked well including the cooling system, which often times I've found lacking in other hotels. The bed was very comfortable, except for the pillows. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and everything worked well. The location in Richardson, TX was outstanding, close to downtown Dallas but at a much more affordable price. Lots of good restaurant options close by. The reception staff were polite, professional and personable. I would definitely stay here on future trips.
Disliked: I had 1 minor complaint. The pillows on the bed were low quality and uncomfortable. The bed and bed linens were excellent, but the pillows were not commensurate with the bed and linens. An upgraded pillow would greatly enhance the sleep experience.

Liked: I liked everything but the store was stocked with off brand stuff. I want coke and dp and maybe some premade sandwiches from the cafe in the hotel for snack options in the store. Oh and fruit cups. I want fruit cups as arrival gifts.
Disliked: The food /drinks snack options are all i would change
