Was there only one night while attending a concert at Eiseman Center. Bed was excellent, Shower was good. Room altogether adequate for my limited use. No free wifi, which I think all hotels should have.

Tub slippery water diverted from faucet to showerhead needs improvement..Biggest complaint. even though it is a non smoking hotel everywhere you go hallway on floors exterior of hotel the smell of POT aka skunk type smell it really defeats the non smoking facility environment..Needs to be a designated smoking location or 50 to 100 distance from hotel entrances

Disliked: Shower, shower / tub a little slippery still old school, shower head to low for 5'11" person. When diverting water flow to shower head not all water diverted, needs improvement

Liked: The location was close to a variety of things including the galleria mall.
Disliked: The bathroom was lacking, very basic, and various shower pieces were loose including the hot/cold water knob. Pool was closed, warning tape was used to keep people out of a big room where clearly nothing was being worked on. Front desk man was very dry and borderline rude. The coffee bar was never open, just a giant tease. No breakfast free or paid. Just over priced snacks like everywhere else
