We had a need to...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, attentive and solved the two issues I had immediately. Our room was spacious and ample for our needs. The hotel was easy to find, the check in process was simple and the location was convenient.
Disliked: The overall appearance of the hotel was worn. We had a chair in our room that had stains on the cushion, the tv in the bedroom didn't pick up two of the four local channels, the overall decor was very dated.

Excellent stay for a couple

Liked: Really liked the suite. Bed was nice and comfortable. The room was very private and had a nice little balcony. Staff was really kind and let me upgrade the room and check out late. This is our second time staying here. Will definitely come back again.
Disliked: Only thing I don't really like is the fridge. Wasn't that cold but honestly didn't matter too much.

Not Happy

Liked: Close proximity to highway
Disliked: Mold in bathroom, room smelled like moldy, bed uncomfortable, and the fact that I was charged $70 instead of $60 for early check in! And you would think with all the issues it would have been discounted or free.
