Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were gracious and customer first friendly. It was really like resort living in the suburbs.

Disliked: They gave us the wrong room, one bed for 3 adults instead of two we requested. They fixed immediately when we notified them.

Superb

Liked: The room had a bed and nice size couch which was very comfortable to relax on. There is a dining area available for purchasing breakfast. The menu is limited but delicious. Starbucks coffee is also available for purchase. This is one of the few hotels we've stayed at that was actually quiet. We would stay here again.
Disliked: For myself, the bed was a bit hard and bothered my back. My husband thought it was fine.

Liked: The driveway was close to the entrance and the elevator made it easy to get to my room.
Disliked: The television was not working properly the entire stay and I had wanted to watch the inauguration also the hallways and room smelled like perfumed carpet powder and there was no help to get bags to room.
