Liked: What a wonderful place. Our children aged 9 and 5 loved this hotel. We had a wonderful vacation. Very relaxed; nice neighborhood; great staff; very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The carpet needs to be shampooed. It had an odor!According to the advertisement, I paid for and expected at least a decent breakfast, not a bagged breakfast. I feel like I was mislead and you should have advertised that breakfast was a bagged breakfast. If I had known, I would not have paid for breakfast but visited Chick-fil-A across the street. Very disappointed!

Liked: The fridge didn't work in the room and they only provided one small bathroom trash can which can fill up rather quickly when dinning in your room. But over all the room and hotel itself were okay. I would stay there again

Disliked: I I didn't like the unfriendly behavior of the staff at the counter, particularly from Joann (Joy). After arriving at the airport, I left my UBER driver with my son and walked to the reception with my bags. Upon my arrival, Joann greeted me with an attitude, saying, "No check-in until 4 PM!" This was such a rude welcome for guests who were tired from traveling and ready to start their vacation with family. I immediately felt unwelcome in the hotel.I was early for my check-in and had emailed them beforehand to ask if they could accommodate my early arrival, something that many quality customer service hotels do. When I called the manager to request an exception, he didn’t even check to see if there was 1 room available among the 200 rooms in the hotel. He simply claimed they were running a company-wide cleaning project that day.I ended up leaving & taking another UBER back to the hotel after 4 PM. When I returned, I was greeted by Lindsey, the kindest person, who helped me with everything I needed and welcomed me with a big smile.After three stressful days, for unseen mater extend my stay for one more night. When I called the front desk, Joann told me I needed to check out, leave the facility, and come back after 4 PM to check in again because I had reserved through a third party (Booking.com). She didn’t offer to help me with a direct reservation. I reached out to Booking.com to extend my stay, but they informed me that they would reply within 48 hours, which wasn't realistic for my situation.When I called Joann to check out she asked me to bring my bags to the reception to check out, then I left for a different hotel. If you're in the hospitality business, like hotels, you need to be trained in how to treat people with the highest level of customer service & resp. If this kind of work is too overwhelming, then this might not be the right job for you.I cannot recommend this place with unfriendly staff.
