Liked: I liked the friendly service, and the bed was comfy it was also very quiet.
Disliked: There was no restaurant in the hotel or lounge the carpets were dirty stopper in basin did not work and lock on door did not lock,

Great location and comfortable and...

Liked: Clean and up to date.comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Toiletries and hair dryer provided.working tv and fridge w coffee maker etc. location is great though and well worth the money.
Disliked: There was trash in the back outside the sliding door. Breakfast was not provided.Front desk person could have been friendlier and more personable.He did not greet me or even say thank you. Kind of rude.

Liked: The room and staff were terrific, generally I would expect a complimentary breakfast. But overall our stay was excellent.
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast, if I'm gonna pay for breakfast I'm going to a diner.

Liked: Room was very clean with updated decor. Beds were comfortable with thermostat in dual sides of room.
Disliked: Check-in was confusing as the front desk was not sure how to process a split payment. Due to this, it caused a backup, and we were pushed to the side until a supervisor came. He as well did not know how to do it. It was also explained to us at check in that the card that was used would not be charged until check out. However, it was taken out on the second day of stay. When we did check out, I let the front desk know of this, and they seemed shocked.

Liked: Pool was awesome. And room was exactly as advertised.
Disliked: Overall, it is decently clean, but we found someone else’s hair pins in the fold out mattress and the extra pillows and linens for the fold out were sort of a hodgepodge.
