Liked: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is so clean and you can tell just by walking into the lobby or a room that they pay very close attention to detail with their cleanliness. The pool area is nice and peaceful and the pool water was the perfect temp. Our bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and we enjoyed our Starbucks for breakfast made by the very nice front desk woman. It’s refreshing to feel this level of kindness and respect from hotel staff which is sadly becoming more rare compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at in the last couple years.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Disliked: Pool wasn’t available and was the reason for staying. Did not stay and they won’t refund me

Liked: Clean, staff was friendly. Good location.
Disliked: Pool is currently shut down.

Good property but could use...

Liked: Spacious and generously decorated. Location was fantastic with easy motorway access.
Disliked: Property wasn’t very clean there was rubbish under all the furniture that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom had a broken picture frame that was left in the room with sharp edges.

Exceptional

Liked: It looked nice.
Disliked: The toilet didn’t work in one room. I got moved and then the fridge didn’t work and the room was not clean.

Disliked: I asked for extra blankets and the blankets are horrible, very painful on the skin
