The staff was very friendly and offered their shuttle service to take us to the concert, but we decided to walk since it was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Close enough to venue to walk to it. Room was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing negative to report!

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: Staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. Loved the room and view.
Disliked: No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Lousy A/C, no fans, smelly...

Liked: Initially put on third floor. Humid day so maybe it made the smell worse but the entrance, elevator and 3rd floor hallway reeked of urine. First room A/C unit wasn’t working. Sent maintenance up to fix it. Worked for five minutes, then stopped working. Sent maintenance up, couldn’t fix it. Put me in 607. Again A/C unit wasn’t working. Sent maintenance up to fix it, couldn’t fix it, put me in room 324. A/C worked for the first night, stopped working around 1am on the second night. Horrific. Front desk staff didn’t seem surprised this was an issue.

Liked: Quarn was so rude he was not attending he was to worried about eating candy he kept walking off when I was trying to see why the system kept declining my card I end having to send my sister the money so I could pay for the 2nd room don’t know why it was not together .He didn’t even let us know the password for WiFi .Nobody answer the phone at the front desk walked down there it 3 people sitting behind the desk There was no ice on any of the floors had to go downstairs he didn’t say anything about that I.Quarn literally was like breakfast serviced between 5:00am-9am I thought it was like you pay to eat yes it was but it was more like a grab and go . A bowl of cereal was $5 in the grocery store it’s $2 .Then wake up there ants in the bathroom and in living room . The bed was good .

Liked: It's close to a lot of attractions. The room was clean and the lobby is decorated well.
Disliked: The beds are very firm and the pillows aren't that great either. I asked for a menu and the staff member didn't grab it. She just listed off a few items I could get, then still made the order wrong. There's a great Starbucks nearby, skip the coffee at the hotel.

Liked: Bed and couch was comfortable
Disliked: Manager had front desk call at 930pm about an issue that should've been handled at check in but was at home and unreachable to help resolve the issue. Room was clean but had obvious stains that should've had the furniture removed. Ac barely worked took 6 hours to get the room to a decent temperature. Ac in the elevator Vestibule had exposed white nuts not only a safety issue but a code violation.
