Liked: Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well furnished.
Disliked: Nothing bad, there was a language barrier between hotel maids and trying to get an extra garbage bag and we never did get an ice bucket. But no worries we worked around it and all was good.

We had not previously stayed at a Hyatt Place and were pleasantly surprised. We loved the spacious room and set up; staff was excellent and pleasant. Would definitely go back again.

Liked: Loved everything else; staff excellent; room design other than bath was super.
Disliked: Shower/bath size.
