Liked: Very clean, comfortable and affordable. The lady , so I don't have her name, was so friendly and helpful. This was on what would be 2 shift. She was helpful with local dining and information in general. Will highly recommend. Thanks for the good night's stay!

Great location, good value for...

Liked: I stayed at the Sonesta because I had a medical procedure starting at 0600. The location was extremely convenient to the medical facility. Unfortunately, with a 5:55 checkout, we didn't get to experience the breakfast area.The corner room was clean, spacious, and had windows with a balcony on 2 walls. Very comfortable king bed. Connecting to Wi-Fi was streamlined, and speeds were good.
Disliked: Except for the HVAC system, which had a noisy fan, room 213 was very quiet. Something needs to be done to reduce the roar of the HVAC system. The thermostat was very optimistic about temperature. It was set for 70 degrees when we checked in, but felt more like 66 degrees. Room was comfortable with the thermostat set to 76 degrees. I had packed foam earplugs, so I got a good night's sleep, despite the HVAC noises.
