All-in-all our stay was good.

Liked: Two ladies at the front desk were extremely polite and professional.
Disliked: The young man at the front desk when checking out was rude.

Superb

Disliked: I didn't like the fact we had to pay to park at the hotel. I also didn't like that there was no "free" breakfast.

Exceptional

staff is amazing, yet horrible,...

Liked: I LOVED the front desk receptionist in the evening! She was extremely nice, personable and accommodating. Wish all the staff was like her and that I remembered her name so that I could recommend her by name.Location is great, as well.
Disliked: I did not like the day time staff. I wanted to extend my stay for another night, even though I wasn't pleased with the room simply because I wanted more rest before furthering my road trip, and the front desk worker acted like I was inconveniencing her for wanting to spend more money there by staying another night. She told me to just book through a third party website which would have put another temporary $150 hold on my credit card again plus the one I already paid. Her directions for how I would have been able to check back in (which is at 4), after being told I would have had to check out at 11 was beyond confusing and made no sense.When I tried asking for clarification because I wanted to make sure our stuff wasn't going to be messed with while I quickly took my two special needs children with me to get them some food - she acted annoyed, didn't answer the question and just repeated the same thing back at me. I ended up just leaving and staying somewhere else in town since I was going to have to pay another security deposit anyways. Went to a different hotel that included breakfast, which this place does not, and didn't have mold growing from the shower vents. I, also, did not like that there wasn't any microwave in the hotel room. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at some really crappy motels/hotels while road tripping in the past, but even the most run down of places I've stayed at has always had a microwave in the room... so, really odd on their part.
