Disliked: The hotel did not specify that they do not allow cats on their website and did not let Booking.com know either. Booking.com also had to call back again for a confirmation email to approve a refund. Staff was also acting like the customer should’ve known this.

Elevator never arrives or slow,...
Liked: I received a free room upgrade with Booking.com Genius program which I was able to stay at the Junior King suite. We enjoyed the spacious room and bed after our long drive/move from LA. The cable TV was a plus for some relaxation and entertainment at the end of a day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Cleanliness was standard with sufficient supplies of clean towels. Complimentary coffee in the room was good add.
Disliked: The elevator took years to arrive and it appeared that only one elevator was in function (they have 3 elevators). We waited for over 15 minutes on the 8th floor that we almost took the stairs to the lobby. You never get anywhere when you try leave as they are doing cleaning at the same time. Apparently, staff are always occupying and in control of the elevator, leaving no functional elevator for their guests. Staff training should include priority of elevator for guests which should be a common sense.
