Hotel under major renovation. Total...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Hotel under major renovation. Common areas closed. Large part of the garden closed. Restaurant located in a large bedroom. Loud, annoying work going on inside the hotel. Loud sound of renovation equipment heard most of the day.. Hotel should be closed for renovation. Booking.com should warn guests about the major inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Liked: This is the best family friendly resort. The staff is great and so nice. The beach entry pool is perfect for toddler to swim and play in the water and it’s right on the beach!
Disliked: The hot tub is in the adults only pool.

Liked: I liked where it was at!
Disliked: It was under renovations and I we didn’t know that. Apparently it’s a small banner on website stating this. I feel once the accommodations were set that should have been reiterated. All of the treadmills were broken!!!

Limited food and unexpected construction...

Liked: Nice updated room, comfy bed. Kind staff
Disliked: I was unaware the restaurant, bar and general facilities were all under construction when I booked. It was disappointing that the bar was just a couple of converted guest rooms.
