Liked: The room was pretty run down, with old carpet, and bad balcony furnishings.
Disliked: The "ocean views" were across a parking lot

Disliked: The front desk would only give me 30 min later check out- I asked for 45 min and she said she would charge me for the extra 15 minutes. The hotel was not crowded at all. It was pretty empty and I felt like she could've given me those minutes which I could've really used. The other problem was when I got to my floor last night, you could smell weed getting off the elevator, and it was very, very strong in the hallways

Liked: Room was booked as King bed partial ocean view. I received an email stating I could upgrade to a Executive King Marina View for an additional $18 which I did and it was perfect!

A Heavenly Hotel in Redondo...

Liked: The staff is top notch! We arrived the Friday before Christmas at 3 a.m. after an exhausting and frustrating day of travel by plane. We were wiped out when we checked in. Your front desk employee and valet were very helpful and accommodating in helping us to get settled in. I was on the verge of tears when we checked in, and your employees made our check-in so nice. We appreciate the service we received. Our luggage stayed behind, so we had no clothes or toothbrushes. Luckily, we were given robes and toothbrushes, and toothpaste. This may seem like a small thing, but to us, it was a big deal! We love this hotel. The location near the harbor is amazing. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. Room service was excellent. We ordered breakfast in our room and the meal was substantial and delicious. We thank you for employing such great people at your hotel. We loved the on-site restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. There's a lovely gift shop/store selling a variety of items which was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel.
