The stay was excellent but...

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff were also very courteous.
Disliked: I stayed here many years ago when it was the Crowne Plaza Hotel. While the lobby upgrades were very nice since Sonesta took over, the rooms were very disappointing! They were very dated and I was very surprised that there seemed to be no investment in upgrading them from many years ago. I felt the price was too much for the quality!

Very good, recommend.

Liked: The hotel facilities were extremely good. The lobby area with bar but also an area to have an office call quietly were very good. I did not use the pool but the gym was okay. The view was nice and Downtown was 20-30 min away. Long Beach as well. Staff was friendly and helped with packing some oversized toy we bought and could not fit in the suitcase. Thank you!!
Disliked: The coffee is bad but I think this is an American thing. No judgement.
