I booked a king room with this hotel. Upon arrival, they just checked me into a queen room without saying a word about the king room I thought I was going to walk into. When I went back down to talk to the staff they blew it off like it was no big deal. I tried to talk to them the next morning, but same response - pushed aside, they didn't care. They said I could call and get the difference refunded by the place I called to book the hotel. So I did, but the staff at the hotel lied and said the queen and king room cost the same amount. Not according to the website. Thankfully the company refunded me my money but the point is that the staff at this hotel is unwilling to help, they are rude and disrespectful. The manager made a comment about how it looked like my boyfriend and I had a rough night when we came into the hotel! Like that was any of her business anyways. Either way, the ghetto trash employed at this hotel all deserve to be fired.

Liked: Nothing was good.
Disliked: The staff is not friendly at all.

I stayed in a suite because I went to a concert at The Rave for my 21st birthday. The hotel was beautiful and the room blew me away. It was so spacious and gorgeous!

Liked: The legs and feet set in the bathroom; how comfortable and clean the hotel was!
Disliked: No food vending machines - have to go down to the lobby area.

We had a GREAT stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The price was great as was the room and the staff. We will stay again the next time we are in Milwaukee.

Liked: Friendly staff; great service; large room; great price; conveniently located to many attractions we visited.
Disliked: Cleaning staff was very loud in the morning.

Disappointing

Disliked: The lady at the check in counter was terribly rude. Rooms need updated with charging ports, mini fridge and microwaves.

Liked: The bed was very comfy and the room temperature was great. The front desk person was very nice in the evening.
Disliked: Our receipt said there was a refrigerator in the room. There was not. When asked about the frig, we were told the rooms don't have refrigerators. When we went down to sit in the whirlpool, there was a note on the door the hot tub was not working. When we went in the pool area, the hot tub covered in sheets of plywood and tables. It looked like it has not been working for a long time. When asked for a discount, i was told they couldnt do that.

It met our needs, well...

Liked: We were bummed there was no breakfast offered. Unfortunately the hot tub needs reapir. The booking site Said it had a hot tub, which it did, but it was not working and wint be until sometime in 2025. We did look on their direct website and they did due diligence to tell potential patrons it wasn't working, but when booking online through a site it made no mention. We would have gone elsewhere had we known that. The pool area itself is need of repair, walls are peeling, tiles coming off. I hope they get to these safety changes soon. The lobby was great, plenty of access to outlets and charging stations. We also saw the restaurant listed kn the booking sites, we were drawn to the place because of it and it being a Sunday after a long day of travel. We didn't realize the restaurant isn't open in the weekends at the time of being. Their personal website does say that though. Lesson learned to look at their website for updates and specifics not just what the booking sites say. Bed was nice. Room was clean.
Disliked: The pool room is in need of renovation for safety and esthetics.
