Liked: It's location, near to the airport. Excellent shuttle service.
Disliked: There was a swimming pool, but it was being renovated.

Disliked: the hotel is doing a big reform.they did changetowels and they did not clean the room during our stay.2 days 3 nighnts

Liked: The position to the airport.
Disliked: It was really hard to find info about the airport shuttle and its schedule, as well as info about where and how to get the shuttle to pick you up.I had to wave down the shuttle, which was very odd for me ( Australian)..

Disliked: Took 40 minutes to check in. Then put a $4300 hold on my credit card for a 3 day stay. Only one elevator was working. Restaurant over priced with very limited hours. Only one server. Stay away!

We loved our stay and...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

Correct hotel especially for business...

Liked: We liked the hotel—it was nothing fancy but comfortable, and it was close to the airport. The noise of the planes was barely audible.
Disliked: There is some reconstruction work in the lobby area.
