Liked: This is my go to hotel all the time just because they have an indoor pool and my son loves the water
Disliked: As soon as i arrived to the hotel room, there was a leak outside of the fridge and our floor. Coming back from the pool around 9pm we showered just to come out to some dirty towels with yellow stains stains. My hubby had paid in advance for breakfast, which breakfast was very limited and was undercooked and cold. The price was too excessive for 3 plain pancakes and some avocado Toast $50

Disliked: I could have given the staff excellent but the staff of the night of Christmas Eve wasn’t friendly at all. No smile, no words to say after I said thank you for the hot water I asked, he just looked at me like I bothered him. I’ve been asking for hot water since checking in because our coffee maker in the room wasn’t working. The front desk suggested I could ask at the restaurant since he wasn’t able to fix it after checking it. They gave us one the third day, but I still went to the restaurant to get it bc the water is really hot. Stayed there for 3 nights and all bar tender were friendly except for the night of 24 Dec

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Convenient to have a restaurant inside the property.
Disliked: No room service-only when restaurant wants to. Charges parking for each day which is ridiculous. This is Irvine, not LA or nyc. Ended up paying much more than I already did. Nothing special about this hotel. It’s clean. Check in guy was trying to charge for every thing including a crib that is free of charge. Whoever is managing the booking messaging clearly does not work at the hotel.

Beware of this expensive hotel...

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t try it. The room was very expensive to not offer free breakfast. Our total was $478 for 2 nights without parking or breakfast.
Disliked: The room was clean and the staff was all very nice and friendly. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The remote did not work for the tv and then the coffee machine was broken as well. Both of those things got fixed but then when we poured the creamer in the coffee it was curdled. The bed was extremely low to the ground and the box springs were messed up so we both were leaning off of the bed. It was honestly the worst nights sleep and my back hurt the next day. My husband told the girl at checkout and she offered to waive the parking fees for us however we were still charged the $78 for parking. When we called the hotel no one was able to help us rectify the situation and I think that speaks volumes about staying there. While I appreciate that it was clean and there were no bed bugs and the staff was nice, I wouldn’t appreciated efficiency and honesty as well. Also we called back and spoke to her and she then said she never said that but had offered to waive our destination fee of $40 however my reservation receipt clearly states that was included in my $478 bill. High do not recommend this hotel. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a straight answer and they keep dipping into my checking account.
