It's not a word, but that's how I describe my stay, fantabulous! All the employees were very nice and helpful. My room was both clean and cozy, the hotel was walking distance to the mall, the movie theater and several great restaurants. Plus, in the parking lot is a Starbucks and across the street is the best doughnut shop ever! There is no doubt that when I come back to Grand Rapids I'm staying at the Ramada Inn.

Disliked: Housekeeping was pushy - knocked the first time at 8:30am. 15 minutes later then just tried to walk in.

We didn't spend much time in our room. It was comfortable. We did like that it was connected to the "Old Chicago" Bar & Grill as it was pouring outside and didn't want to venture out for food. The pizza was AMAZING!

Disliked: Front desk clerk not very nice to those checking in and those asking for towels, no hot water for showers in morning, no free breakfast, water slide permanently closed, had to ask for towels several times, bathroom slide door kept getting stuck with little ones in the bathroom, room conditions were not the cleanest.... needs updating or tear down. Not a good stay here. Very dissappointed.

Disliked: My family and myself was locked in the room, after reaching out to the front desk he told me that I have to wait because he has a line and hung up on me. I then called approx 30 times and he did not answer and just left us stuck there. After over 30mins I called the police and they had the fire dept come and then a lady came to open the door. This was so unfortunate, I then lost money because we missed our event, I then had to spend more money on a different hotel, this was such a inconvenience and I will never return. Also after the lady came and I explained to her that I will be making a complaint she then says to me I am the manager so I don't know who you going to complain to. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing. I then had to drive another 25 mins to a different hotel.
