Great location for downtown Baltimore...
Liked: The location
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke and not like it was the guests before. It was the guests right next door. So when we complained to the front desk no one cared. Also we deserve to have our beds remade everyday that we're there. We received housekeeping the second day that we were there and that was it. We were there for a total of 4 days. When we asked to have new sheets we were denied. Also the customer service was awful The housekeeping manager along with the front desk all had nasty attitudes as if we were not paying customers when we complained about the cigarette smoke. They never asked the guests to stop or try to give us another room.

Good stay, but not great.
Liked: The beds/pillows were very comfortable. I missed not having a chair and microwave in the room, but was glad to have the mini fridge. They recently renovated the eating area to a restaurant, so breakfast wasn't included.

Reasonably priced but not in...
Liked: Reasonably priced Baltimore hotel near Inner Harbor. Good value for the location. They were flexible about letting us reduce our stay by one night and we were fully refunded which was amazing! The hotel is not in the best upkeep and the lobby, elevators, hallways, and our room smelled like smoke. The free breakfast was very slim (just bread, yogurt, etc.).

NEVER AGAIN!
Liked: The best part of the stay was literally the location, as it was close enough to walk to most places and not having to drive and find parking. I will say that the staff that check me in was friendly but after that the service was very poor.
Disliked: The TV in my room did not work the entire time outside of me logging into Netflix and watching it that way. Myself as well as the people I traveled with made multiple attempts to have someone come up and address the issues but there was never anyone available. There was also no one available to bring towel and wash clothes BOTH DAYS. We were told they were being washed and someone would be by once they were cleaned, never happened. The kicker honestly was the breakfast. The Breakfast consisted of pop tarts, a case of white bread that looked like it was stepped on with a toaster setting next to it, a carton of silk milk and a empty bottle of orange juice, mind you it's 7:30 in the morning so it's not like I missed breakfast. On the second day we got pop tarts that it! I had to walk in get breakfast both days at the local Starbucks. We were so uncomfortable and annoyed by the whole stay we checked out 8 in the morning. When I asked the staff about the breakfast she told me I could go to the newly opened restaurant inside the hotel if I wanted at a cost of course. I guess annoyed by my response which was no thank you, when I went to check out the lady at the desk completely ignored me and made me wait for her co-worker he was also going back and forth with another guest about why there was NO breakfast at 8am when it literally says complimentary breakfast included when you book. Oh yes don't let me forget not a single ice machine on a single floor works! You have to ask the staff that doesn't exist to get it from the kitchen. Imagine paying 400 dollars for a day and a half PLUS 93 dollars to Valet park only to be treated as if you were the biggest inconvenience? when you are literally just asking for the simple things in your reservation that you paid for like Towels, and breakfast that isn't made for a toddler, of yes and a TV.
