Liked: Good room great sea view, clean. Reception staff were all good, friendly and efficient. Pool area was pleasant.
Disliked: Steel pans restaurant was poor. Poor service and food plus automatic 20% service charge a bit cheeky as service was bad.

Disliked: Buffet breakfast; pool was tiny; bathroom tub clogged; family members shower door not working properly.staff not friendly with the exception of front desk; room temperature not working properly. Rooms not cleaned properly, beds small, outside noise was terrible.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and loved location and view of beach across the street.
Disliked: Walls were extremely thin and noise from loud guests in neighboring rooms made it hard to rest the first night.

LOUD music, sleepless nights,, unreliable...

Liked: Hotel directly across street from beach. Beach chair (without umbrellas) included. Room was spacious.
Disliked: Noise from the terrace bar was unbearable-unable to sleep. BOOM BOOM BOOM music all night. They list their closing hours as "Late." Patrons screaming in the hallways at all hours. Stayed three nights, and despite putting out the sign that said "Room ready for service," nobody came for three days to our room. They charge you an exorbitant "Resort" fee for all the extra noise and lack of service. I've stayed there three times now: My First, Last, and Only.
