Liked: Upon entering the staff was beyond nice to me and the wife. The lobby is the nicest part of this hotel.
Disliked: ******MUST READ BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT RENTING A ROOM HERE*******(THIS IS A 100% REAL REVIEW)I will start here. The engineer was changing the locks in each room. They walked in our room unannounced to change locks. We had the do not disturb sign on door to. My wife was changing out of her swimwear into normal clothes and the guy who walked in was staring at her. The pool was beyond nasty and dirty, its a very small pool to and area to hang out around pool. They want $8 for a bottle of warm water in your hotel room. The bathrooms were super dirty and had female black hair all over the room and the shower especially. The floor in bathroom had pee stains on it. There is no shower door on shower. The room next to mine the alarm went off at 5am and there was no one in there to turn it off. The cleaning maids are supposed to reset alarm each time the guest checks out so this doesn't happen. They charge like almost $50 a day for resort fees. They don't disclose this to you untill you arrive and check in. Also the food in restaurant didn't meet my expectations at all. It's was fake overpriced food. The breakfast eggs/omelet are fake and nasty tasting. There are plenty of restaurants elsewhere around the corner walking distance from the hotel to eat at. I'd highly suggest staying elsewhere. Do not support this hotel. It's not worth the $ they are asking for a room. I'd say it's a 2 star hotel if that. It's definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. Oh ya they charge like almost $60 a day or for overnight for parking and you have to valet it everything. They don't let you park it yourself. We ended up parking like a 6 min walk south and found parking for $20 a day for 24 hours. The little hotels offer $20 a day parking and give you a parking pass you just have to ask in the lobby if they sell parking passss. I've stayed in hostels that are nicer then this hotel. Do not support them. You will be disappointed.

Disliked: Immediate local area around the back hotel not great option of family restaurants. Pool nice but quite cold.
