You need waffles!

Liked: The front desk team was super friendly. Complementary breakfast room clean and friendly. Room seemed to be in the middle of a refurbishment and was in good condition.
Disliked: No waffles for breakfast.Large crawling black bug, think it was a cockroach crawling around microwave and counter. The room was large but didn't have enough furniture. There was only one office chair and no other seating.

Really upset that they stopped...

Liked: The room was the best part of the stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated that they served breakfast, that was a saving grace.
Disliked: The thing I'm most upset about is the false advertising of there being an airport shuttle. I learned from staff that they used to have one but it was stopped a month ago and I didn't get the memo. The airport shuttle and vicinity to the airport is the main reason why I booked my stay here. Instead I had to pay an extra $30 to get there, then another $16 to get back to the airport the next day, completely making the money I saved on not getting a nicer hotel useless. Aside from the interior of the rooms, the rest of the hotel was quite drab, something I wasn't expecting. Overall the value for the price wasn't worth it. If I had paid only $40-$50, it would have been fine. Not worth the money I spent. Also the restaurant options nearby were not that great. Had to order food to find something remotely healthy.

Quality and comfort

Liked: New renovated lobby. Close to wherewe meeting that day.
Disliked: The hallways were not renovated, and you could hear the people all around. The shuttle service had to be scheduled. It didn’t run early hours of the morning to the airport.

Liked: The room was nice and big and located next to a waffle house which was perfect for our late night arrival.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because it was advertised to have a shuttle to the airport; however upon arrival, the desk clerk informed us that the shuttle no longer exist. This made travel to the airport m9re complicated.
