Liked: Good location, clean
Disliked: The TV was soo loud and we couldn’t get the volume to go below 10. The room was extremely cold when we arrived, but the thermostat was set to 73. Heater blowing cold air.

Liked: Rooms were clean, liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, continental breakfast was great and staff were lovely
Disliked: Had to ask daily for towels, was told hot tub jets weren’t working but could still use it and the pool but the smell and scum on top of the hot tub ended up turning us off and we never used those facilities. It was fine for 3 adults who didn’t care about using the hot tub or pool but if there had been kids with it would have been a huge let down.They need to get on top of fixing the hot tub and more than that getting their treatment of the water (chlorine) adjusted so it felt safe to use.

Disliked: Hot tub Jets were broken and it was dirty. Common areas were very cold. Breakfast got cold before you got to the table. Server took food away with no announcement.

Liked: The bed were very comfy! And the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was good!!
Disliked: The up keep of the hotel is not very good! Our hotel room door would not close properly so we had to lift the entire door to close it! When told about it they knew the room was like that! Also when booked we asked for rooms side by side or a joining rooms and they said we were placed side by side but when arrived we were not near eachother at all! That’s why we got the rooms we got! The hottub had some kind of sand in it

Disliked: Was scared to sleep on the bed cheats because it’s dirty and has a bad smell. Won’t be back
