Disliked: The TV was soo loud and we couldn’t get the volume to go below 10. The room was extremely cold when we arrived, but the thermostat was set to 73. Heater blowing cold air.

Liked: Rooms were clean, liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, continental breakfast was great and staff were lovely
Disliked: Had to ask daily for towels, was told hot tub jets weren’t working but could still use it and the pool but the smell and scum on top of the hot tub ended up turning us off and we never used those facilities. It was fine for 3 adults who didn’t care about using the hot tub or pool but if there had been kids with it would have been a huge let down.They need to get on top of fixing the hot tub and more than that getting their treatment of the water (chlorine) adjusted so it felt safe to use.
