Liked: I like the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the breakfast should be improved as seen in other sonesta hotels where the breakfasts are elaborate and with varieties

Disliked: No hot water in the shower or sinks. The water fountains downstairs did not work. The hallways smelled of smoke.

Disliked: the hotel did not hold my reservation due to a technical problem after a storm. I arrived at midnight to find out that the hotel did not have any room for me.

Liked: The service is AMAZING, the woman who runs the front desk is kind, efficient, helpful, and responsive. They were very kind.
Disliked: Old, run down, rooms falling apart… I don’t complain but the hotel needs to be renovated.
