Will not return. You don't...

Liked: The location was perfect for our event.
Disliked: The door key took 20 tries to open every time because the reader was broke. Roaches scattered when we entered the room, worse in the bathroom. Sheets weren't washed. TV did not work. Ac didn't blow cold at all. Blankets were rough. Hot water lasted 4-5 minutes. It was overall horrible and I dont normally complain. It was our only option for that area at that time or we would have left.

Stay was nice the nite...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Televisions was not working in rooms and the house telephone wasn’t working in Rooms had to go down stairs to report the problems but the nite manage / work mr. Fitz solve the problems . Very professional gentleman and so accommodating to solve the issues
