Disliked: they charged pet fee of $10, but I don't have a pet. I asked the receptionist during checkout and they said she will check, but it is still not refunded.

Disliked: This was the worst day ever a waste of money that I ever spent. They had to switch me three different rooms because each room literally had roaches crawling everywhere bugs crawling on the bed hair all over the bed stains on the bed. Restrooms were disgusting and didn’t have the proper towels And when they finally got us to a room, that was kind of OK there’s still roaches everywhere. it was dirty so I cleaned up my own room. The front desk gave me some cleaning wipes and a room, and I cleaned up my own room around three in the morning. The AC started making noises and went out so it was very hot. A dog was barking all night. It felt like it was right next to my room and when you would open the door, it would smell like weed. This was the most horrible state I’ve ever stayed at very upset more upset that I spent this money on this motel. Yes I have several photos

Disgusting Hotel

Liked: The person at the front desk was very accommodating and an all around good experience.
Disliked: The first room we were put into reeked of smoke as soon as I opened the door, but I was willing to overlook it since I couldn't remember if I requested a non-smoking room. Once the lights were on, I immediately saw two roaches crawling around on the beds and noticed mor3 on the floor, so I requested a different room. In the second room, I found roaches when I opened up the cabinet to use the refrigerator and some behind the chair as well. We went back to request a different room and once again found ourselves in a roach infested room. The person at the front desk offered another room but at this point I was completely uncomfortable and my daughter was upset and scared to be in their rooms because of how many bugs we had seen, so I decided to leave. I was then told that my reservation was non refundable even though every room we were put into was crawling with roaches. Bugs happen sometimes, but after 3 rooms, it's clear there's a much bigger problem. By far, the WORST experience I've ever had in a hotel, especially after arriving late at night and having to find a new Clean hotel with a 4 yr old at 2am. I lost money for circumstances that are fully the hotels responsibility.

Disliked: Room didn't have adequate towels, washcloths. Coffee machine in room.but no cups, and Coffee items ordinarily provided with. No water or coffee cups. Hotel has permanent signs indicating location of vending and ice on various floors but staff confirmed, no vending in facility. Ice in lobby possibly and vending for sale at front desk.

Liked: Large 1 bedroom suite. 24 hr desk.
Disliked: Urine and toilet paper in toilet. Hotel and room smelled musty. Bedsheets super scratchy.
