Liked: Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Location was unsafe. Cockroaches.No water in the hot tubNo lights working in the pool area.Offerings for the breakfast buffet was dismal. Cold sausages and burnt scrambled eggs that were not replaced. No butter, only a spray bottle of "I can't believe it's not butter" to spray on waffle or toast.

Disliked: The first thing is I was stuck at the airport for over an hour because no one told me that I had to call the hotel to send the shuttle to come and pick me up so I was sitting there at the airport and I was waiting for the shuttle to come because from my understanding the shuttle ran every 15 to 30 minutes however nobody ever came I ended up calling the hotel and that's when they told me that I was supposed to call them when I arrived to send someone to pick me up.From the moment I walked into the building it smelled horrible the person at the front desk was rude and had no knowledge of the hotel the elevator didn't work when I made it to my room the room smelled terrible on my way to the room the hallway smelled terrible the bathroom was not clean the television in the room did not work this staff was no help at all they couldn't answer any questions or all for me any assistance with anything. I will never stay at this hotel again, and not only that, I will not recommend that anyone else stay at this hotel again either.

Liked: It was quite and a good location to what I needed
Disliked: It was dirty and the first room smelled bad and had rat dropping, the ceiling was falling in the room when ever I pulled the curtains back and in the hallway there was no coffee or cups in room no towels and none available until the next afternoon or pillows . No phone to contact the front desk, and the hot tub didn't work. I'm glad I only booked two days

Liked: Absolutely nothing. This place was disgusting. I have never rated anything with more disappointment in my life. These rooms looked às if people were doing drugs and illegal activities in there. There were red stains on the carpet and the sofa beds had rat feces as well as other disgusting stains on them! Unkept, dirty and looked like a scene from a scary movie. Please do not stay here. I'm really not sure how they're even able to operate as a hotel. Looked like a crack head joint and the guy at the front desk gave absolutely zero craps

Never book this hotel through...

Disliked: The personnel doesn't answer any messages throught Booking.com. I don't think that they even able to read them. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known that it is impossible to reach them. This hotel is far away from the main airport of Houston.

Disliked: they charged pet fee of $10, but I don't have a pet. I asked the receptionist during checkout and they said she will check, but it is still not refunded.

Disliked: This was the worst day ever a waste of money that I ever spent. They had to switch me three different rooms because each room literally had roaches crawling everywhere bugs crawling on the bed hair all over the bed stains on the bed. Restrooms were disgusting and didn’t have the proper towels And when they finally got us to a room, that was kind of OK there’s still roaches everywhere. it was dirty so I cleaned up my own room. The front desk gave me some cleaning wipes and a room, and I cleaned up my own room around three in the morning. The AC started making noises and went out so it was very hot. A dog was barking all night. It felt like it was right next to my room and when you would open the door, it would smell like weed. This was the most horrible state I’ve ever stayed at very upset more upset that I spent this money on this motel. Yes I have several photos
