Liked: The location and the breakfast
Disliked: There were crumbs on the floor, two of the tables, and on the box spring. There were strands of hair in the bathroom and on one of the towels

Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel I was told that they had water issues and they would have to relocate me. The alternative location was not convenient and so I went to another hotel. I noticed that I was not going to get a refund even though I didn't stay in this location because of water issues. I think the booking.com policy is very unprofessional regarding my case, since it was the hotel's fault.
