Liked: Beds were super comfortable and rooms were very clean

Got what we paid for....

Liked: We stayed ahead of a surgery. We slept well and had what we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, it was mostly quiet. The floor in our room was dirty and needed swept, could feel dirt and hear the crunch when we walked even with shoes. Sandy road season just ended here. The remote was sticky, like stick to our hands sticky. I ended up cleaning it myself so we could watch tv. The smells in this hotel were very strong. The front entrance had an air freshener that was good but very strong and the third floor we stayed on was an unknown smell that wasn’t great. All in all our stay was satisfactory and like I said we had what we needed. But cleanliness is a high priority for me in a stay and it didn’t make the cut. I used to work in hotel housekeeping and these are things people expect to be done when they stay someplace.

Liked: When u get there after you already booked your room they charge you an extra $52 because of their no smoking policy

Liked: Bathroom was too small but clean. Nice shower/tub. Bed was comfortable but noisy [springs] when you sat on it. Lounge chair had dirty stain marks on it. Needs to be tossed. Mini fridge worked but the motor was loud. Hallways had an odd odor. Breakfast was fine.
