Disliked: I pulled up to the property at 9p, immediately disappointed, appeared unsafe for myself to stay. Appeared to be housing homeless (a good thing for them). I immediately decided to rebook at a different property, Extended Stay. I emailed Booking.com advising the situation, did not receive a response. Hoping to be understanding safety concern and that a credit could be issued though pass cancellation time.

Disliked: This place is Filthy! There was Multiple Stains all over the carpet when we arrived. They had no blanket for my son for the pull out couch and the staff was rude and acted like that was acceptable. They kept running out of towels. There was no soap in the bathroom dispensers. The bar stools are wobbly and scary to sit on. The people upstairs were smoking weed all day everyday and we could smell it in our room. The WiFi stopped working the last two days we were there. We will NEVER come back

Disliked: The refrigerator had no door handle, sheets were soiled and had bugs. We waited for one hour at the desk for replacements. They were out of a fitted and top sheet plus no duvet. Broken and missing towel bars in bathroom, stains on carpet and filthy disgusting sofa!
