Noisy and dirty, but nice...

Liked: It was nearby St. Joseph's hospital, great front desk staff, great bed, layout, well stocked kitchen,
Disliked: Paper-thin walls. Parties every night. Noisy all day and night. No insulation was evident in outside walls or between rooms or between floors. It wasn't cleaned properly. Floors were not vacuumed. There was fecal matter on toilet seat and bathroom walls.

Liked: Location, room type
Disliked: Need significant renovation, painting peels off everywhere, we stayed near the street, very noisy due to poor window insulation, breakfast is not what it stated in the web, for 4 days, we only had one time with sausages. Also, things ran out quick, I have seen people didn’t get what they wanted for breakfast. I picked the place mainly for breakfast, but it is very disappointing.

Liked: The room had a kitchen and was clean and comfortable, the location fit our purposes.
Disliked: The grounds had a lot of trash, they were being cleaned on our departure date. Coffee wasn't very good.
