Disliked: Why do you use cheap paper towels! Terrible! Jacuzzi was not even hot enough!!! Upstairs was too difficult for my disability. I Must get ground level next time.

Liked: We asked for quiet room and they provided it to us. 2 Rooms with 2 bathroom and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay..Breakfast was good. we are vegetarian and first day we didn't have much choice but Naomi noticed that and rest of our stay, we get to eat eggs with no meat in there.
Disliked: Breakfast lobby was under construction and it wasn't mention. Kinda a lot of work to grab your breakfast to walk to your room. Price is little too much. On of the room didn't have proper heating system, that was kind of painful to sleep in that room. They did come to check but it didn't help that much.

Disliked: Parking is paid. It should be free like in other hotels far away from the centre.
