My go to hotel for...

Liked: I have stayed at the Sonesta ES several times when I am in the Chesterfield area. It is reasonably priced (which is not easy to find in this area), clean and I feel safe there traveling alone. I have recently found that some of the hotels in this class are really starting to skimp on the amenities, and that's not the case at Sonesta. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The lock on the door kept sticking, making it somewhat challenging to even open the door. Also, the bed was too firm, which made it difficult to get comfortable

I should’ve booked a home2suites.

Liked: Great location. Rooms were very spacious.
Disliked: I was harassed at check in about my service dog. My 4 year old daughter was served spoiled milk at their continental breakfast. A bunch of other items at their breakfast were expired/stale. The kitchen in the hotel room had the absolute bare minimum of utensils/ pots/ pans. The couch was falling apart. We stayed for a week.. room service never once came through.
