Great staff

Liked: The staff was great and the suite we used served it's purpose.
Disliked: This was a family staycation. Our first night there were a scorpion and a centipede in our bathroom, so our second day, which was supposed to be spent all day at the hotel, we had to leave the room so they could spray. It took a total of 3 hours out of our day, (supposed to be shorter but they had an emergency and didn't come when they were supposed to)may not seem like a lot but as a family, we are separated most of the time due to living situations. My husband and I also were still working while doing our staycaytion. This was also our one day we could relax. Due to that first night with the scorpion, we were on edge the whole time. We work in customer service so we don't like to cause too many issues or complaints. So we just dealt with it and stressed over our toddler possibly coming across one before us. We live inAZ and haven't seen many but I know it happens. The night before we left, my daughter almost stepped on one outside. The room was also advertised as 2 kings but had 1 king and 1 full size bed.

Great location, staff, and accommodations

Liked: Besides being ideally located near my daytrip destinations, the staff and services were tip notch. The suite I had for 5 nights was comfortable and roomy. Great place to stay if you ask me!
Disliked: I can't think of any complaints.

Liked: Excellent amount of space! Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious for 4 of us, & it's awesome that each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well!Great breakfast & pool/hot tub, too!

Liked: Quiet and no hassle parking. Great room deposit rate 20 per night.
Disliked: The curtains looked like they had old dried vomit or some type of liquid on them.
