Other than the renovation on...

Liked: The room was very nice and clean newly renovated.
Disliked: There were RVs parked on the street in front of the office. Due to the renovations lots was closed like the gym and pool. There area was pretty sketchy especially at night, so I could see why families with their kids.While we were out on Saturday some came into my room and stole my jewelry case. When I checked out and reported the incident the clerk asked if we shut the door & that housekeeping wasn’t scheduled to go in either. He said he would report to the manager. I don’t even care about the jewelry there wasn’t really anything of value; it’s more about the violation and because of this one bad person I will not stay at that location again. I may even be apprehensive to stay at Sonesta altogether.

Disliked: The hotel was undergoing renovations;1. No breakfast as advertised. Kitchen closed.(The yogurt was leave off all day)2. DIRTY utensils & NO HEAT in room.3. The business center closed. No PRINT.4.. Pool closed “Maintenance” entire stay.5.. No laundry… was told facilities closed. 6.. No housekeeping or bedding for sofa bed.7.. The staff were extremely rude!!
