Exceptional

A great place to stay...

Liked: It was great…brand new
Disliked: Except for the room, there wasn’t much else there.

Efficient accommodations

Very good

Disliked: No security, we had a horrible first night and had to call the police which took over an hour to respond. big party 5-7 males and females were outside in the courtyard, with loud music and narcotics use, cursing and alcohol use after 10pm. One small female manager was on-duty as a manager and could not speak with the group. They need to hire a security company to handle situations like this when the police cannot.

Liked: good food, lots of variety.
Disliked: back door key system didn't work 80% of the time!

Liked: Decent place to stay. One of the doors to enter the building was broke so anyone could just walk into the building at any time. The neighborhood is safe for the most part so I guess that didn’t really matter. Other than that the breakfast is great for free no complaints otherwise.

so- so visit

Liked: breakfast was good.
Disliked: My car was broken into in the main parking lot along with several other cars. Found out they do not have any camera's on the outsides of the buildings just inside. They advised to file police report and have your insurance pay for it. They didnt really care that there were break-in's or what was stolen or missing. The jacuzzi was broken and they had no towels for the pool in the evenings.

Liked: Really nice place, I loved the room. Very good value. Location is good if you have a car otherwise prep to Uber.
Disliked: The hot tub was closed

Over all nice stay, but...

Liked: When we check in on Saturday late afternoon, we were told two times, and I repeated, that breakfast was served from 7 am to 9 am. Sunday morning it was very busy at breakfast and food was good. Monday morning we went down for breakfast at 8:40am it was closed. Woman came out from kitchen area and told us it was over at 8:30am. When we questioned why, the woman firmly stated that it is written on the wall. I hardly would start reading your walls when I was told at the check in face to face about breakfast times. I kindly asked for a bowl of cereal and milk, but she didn’t listen just went to kitchen and closed the door behind her. An other customer showed up too and was surprised too finding nothing, not even a juice.
Disliked: On our arrival bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer. Telephone didn’t pick up, and my husband had to down to ask for the hair dryer. Used dirty towel was hanging on the shower door. Two clean bath towels were left for us for two nights stay☹️
