Worst experience!
Liked: Absolutely nothing! We left at 11pm after fire alarms were going off and no explanation given from staff! Buying smell all day!
Disliked: Nothing! Blankets weren’t in room took forever to get them for the pull out bed! Toilet was clogged when we walked into the room! Counters were dirty!

A Totally SCREWED UP EXPERIENCE!...
Liked: We had stayed at the Sonesta in Cary in October 2024 and enjoyed it. So when my wife had an event close to Morrisville we decided to give it a try. Due to a scheduling issue I had to make the reservation Saturday morning for a room Saturday night. We received the confirmation and drove 4 hours to Morrisville Sonesta to check in around 4:00 in time for our 7:00 pm event. This is when the wheels came off! The very rude and condescending desk clerk informed us that we did not have a reservation??? My wife showed her the reservation and confirmation number. We were informed we had cancelled the room and it wasn’t her problem that we needed to contact Booking.com. My wife asked if she could get a room and she said no!? We attempted to contact Booking by phone on a number given to her by the attendant. I went online could not get an individual to resolve the issue to no avail. I did leave 2-3 messages to the Booking customer service stating our issue. At this point we were fed up with the Cavalier attitude of the attendant and I made a reservation on Booking.com for a room at the TRU Hotel by Hilton which was a lot nicer with courteous, professional front desk attendant.I don’t if the issue is in the online communication between Booking and Sonesta , Booking or Sonesta!? It didn’t matter at this time. Tired after a long drive and now rushing to get to an event I dot care to ever go through this type of situation again. So Booking.com and Sonesta are off our list and will no longer use there services.We will use another reservation service. We had used Booking earlier this year in Europe for three weeks, in the US and planning a 30 day trip to Europe again in April/May 2025 and a 17 day trip to the Southwest US in October 2025.I was totally disappointed in how long the response was from Booking.com concerning our issue. The message said sorry for the problem that they were contacting the property to resolve the issue.It may be 30 minutes to 24 hours to resolve!!
