Liked: The beds were so comfy and pillows were nice and firm not flimsy. Also the towels were high quality.The breakfast was nice too, quite the variety and the young man in the kitchen was very nice with a smile on his face early in the morning too ! I would stay here again, great location to airport. Just not near exit doors TOO LOUD ALL NIGHT!
Disliked: My bedroom room 118 was lined up with the side exit door and it made quite a racket everytime someone came thru 900 Pm -11:35 PM and finally At 210 AM the last BOOM! AM kinda slept, kinda didn't. Early flight next day so I just wanted to sleep a little in my comfy bed. Oh well, you live and learn

Great rooms for an extremely...
Liked: I love this place! For an extremely reasonable rate you can basically get an entire suite. Full refrigerator, small stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The rooms and bedding are clean. Nice staff. You can bring your dogs. And free hot breakfast every morning. I have stayed here twice already and this will be my go to when I'm traveling to Raleigh.

Amazing, clean, and friendly staff
Liked: The room was a suite and we had our own separate area away from our daughter. She felt like she had her own space. The full size kitchen and the fireplace was amazing
Disliked: I was not made aware of a $250 deposit that because I used a debit card came out of my account and I have to wait up to a week to receive that money back. I paid up front so it would not be something I needed to worry about taking care of and having an additional $250 taken from my checking acct and having to wait up to a week to get it back could have hurt me. I know most hotels will charge you if there is damage but usually don’t automatically take it at check in you are only charged it there is damage.

Adequate
Liked: The room was nice and parking was sufficient and close by. Sidewalks were salted well to prevent any slipping in the ice and snow.
Disliked: Breakfast was subpar. The coffee was terrible.
